Sunday January 18th, Nether Edge, 13.15 to 15.45. The meeting was face-to-face at Shirley House, Nether Edge, 31 Psalter Lane, Sheffield, S11 8YL.
Sunday March 8th, Sheffield Central, 13:30 to 15:30 The meeting was face-to-face and on zoom at Sheffield Central Meeting House, 10 St.James Street, Sheffield, S1 2EW.
Sunday 17th May, Doncaster Meeting House, 13.00 – 15.00 The meeting was face-to-face at Balby (Doncaster) Meeting House, Oxford Place, off St James Street, DN1 3RH.
Saturday July 11th, Sheffield Central, 10.30 to 12.30.The meeting was face-to-face and on zoom and will be at Sheffield Central Meeting House, 10 St.James Street, Sheffield, S1 2EW.
Sunday 13th September from 14.00 to 16.00. The meeting is face-to-face and on zoom and will be at Sheffield Central Meeting House, 10 St.James Street, Sheffield, S1 2EW.
This will be preceded by a screening of the film People’s Emergency Briefing at 12. The film is a documentary which builds on the November 25 briefing to politicians where experts spoke about the impact of the climate and nature emergency in the UK and about some possible solutions
At 12.45 there will be a chance to reflect on the film and catch up with Friends in the Area Meeting over a shared lunch. Friends at Sheffield Central will provide basic food such as curry/stew, baked potatoes/bread. But fruit, salad, cake or other simple additions will be welcome.
We’re not sure whether Friends will want to stay for tea after the meeting. We will take a sounding on the day and be ready to offer tea if wanted.
